Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROPOSED REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (CITY HALL BUILDING WATERPROOFING), F. SEVILLA BLVD., SAN AGUSTIN, MALABON CITY
1. The City Government of Malabon, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND under the ANNUAL GENERAL FUND for B.Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SIX pesos only (P 13,995,826.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (CITY HALL BUILDING WATERPROOFING), F. SEVILLA BLVD., SAN AGUSTIN, MALABON CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the above-mentioned projects. Completion of the Works is stated above. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
