  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Continuing Appropriations City Development Fund CY2022 & Supplemental Budget No. 6 CY2024 as per Ordinance No. 6364, S2024 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos (Php 14,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Purchase of Wheel Type Backhoe with Breaker Attachment for the use of the City Engineering Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Proposed Purchase of Wheel Type Backhoe with Breaker Attachment for the use of the City Engineering Office. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
