Invitation to Bid for
PROPOSED PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION BARANGAY 11, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY 11 through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php138,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION, BARANGAY 11, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR, Project Identification No. 11-2025-09-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY 11 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 c.d. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
