Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROPOSED PREPARATION OF COMPLETE DRAWINGS AND BILL OF MATERIALS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS: (PLEASE SEE TOR)
1. The Barangay Ayala Alabang, through its 2025 continuing appropriation Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 225,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Ayala Alabang now invites bids for the said Project. Service duration is required within (30) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
