Description : Invitation to Bid for the Proposed Pipeline Expansion
[Infra-2024-009] -Re-bidding
1. The Government of the Philippines, through the Puerto Princesa City Water District intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 57/100 Only (Php1,115,333.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Proposed Pipeline Expansion [Infra-2024-009]-Re-bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Puerto Princesa City Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations... - Documents:
