Description : 1. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. X, through the NFT No. 2024-0102 dated June 26, 2024 and NFT No. 0127 dated September 10, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Six Pesos and 95/100 (P5,030,406.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Perimeter Fence, Two Way Gate and Solar LED Lights at COA New Acquired Lot, Vamenta Boulevard, Gov. Ysalina Bridge, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. X now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 154 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Prospective Bidders should be registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB License of at least Category C & D.
