The Municipality of San Nicolas, through the General (MDRRM) Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED PERIMETER FENCE WITH STEEL MATTING AND ENTRANCE STEEL GATE AT EVACUATION CENTER, STA. MARIA WEST, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
