  1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Continuing Appropriations FY 2022-Non-Office-Buildings Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 20/100 Centavos (Php2,895,273.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Perimeter Fence and Site Development at Balay Silangan, Dunggo-an, Basak, Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Proposed Perimeter Fence and Site Development at Balay Silangan, Dunggo-an, Basak, Mandaue City. Completion of the Works is required 100 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
