Undertake measurement of the subject area.

3. Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Materials
Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Materials to be used for the project.

4. Procurement of Materials
Procurement of materials to be used as listed in the Bill of Quantities and Materials.

5. Mobilization
Transfer of all affected office paraphernalias prior to repainting works and delivery of all materials to be used in the project site.
