1. The Metro Lipa Water District, through its 2021 Annual Procurement Plan intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Six Pesos 83/100 ( Php 1,505,426.83 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed One (1) Unit Skid Type Iron & Manganese Filtration System with a Capacity of 10 LPS at MLWD Septage Treatment Plant Compound, Brgy. Balintawak, Lipa City (POW# 21-07-147).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
