1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand and Thirteen Pesos Only (Php 12,897,013.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed LANDBANK Passi Branch Relocation/Fit-out with ITB No. LBP-RBACVI-2026-001.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
