  Description : The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (₱2,930,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed LANDBANK Legazpi Branch Building Repair Works/ Minor Renovation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPINES now invites bids for the minor renovation (Site Works, Concrete Works, Steel Works, Painting Works, Masonry Works, and Electrical Works) of the LANDBANK Legazpi Branch Building located at Rizal Street, Cabagñan, Legazpi City, Albay. Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
