INVITATION TO BID FOR: Proposed Installation, Demarcation and Relocation of Municipal Boundary Monument (MBM) and Barangay Boundary Monument (BBM) of Toledo City

1. The City Government of Toledo under the 20% DF CY-2024 Const. Demarcation & Relocation of Municipal Boundary Monument (MBM) & Barangay Boundary Monument (BBM) T.C.- has appropriated the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (Php15,000,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Proposed Installation, Demarcation and Relocation of Municipal Boundary Monument (MBM) and Barangay Boundary Monument (BBM) of Toledo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (300) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
