1. The City Government of Malabon, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND under the ANNUAL GENERAL FUND for B.Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO pesos only (P 12,851,442.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF 152 SETS HYBRID SOLAR STREETLIGHTS ALONG M.H DEL PILAT ST. (FROM TUGATOG BOUNDARY TO J.M. TEMPLORA ST.), BARANGAY TUGATOG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the above-mentioned projects. Completion of the Works is stated above.
