1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the TRUST FUND -SGLGIF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Pesos Only (P1,153,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED INFROMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT ENTITLED: ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEM AUTOMATION FOR ACCOUNTING, BUDGETING AND TREASURY SERVICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
