The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 (20% City Development Fund CY2026) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven Pesos & 39/100 (Php 10,099,811.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Improvement of Drainage System and Concrete Pavement of M. SANTOS STREET (from FB Harrison Street to Leveriza Street), Brgy 26, Zone 04, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
