The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 (20% City Development Fund CY2026) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Pesos & 13/100 (Php 6,298,977.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Improvement of Drainage System and Concrete Pavement of HONORATA STREET (from Tramo Street to Emma Street), Barangay 63, Zone 8, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
