1. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2025 - Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty One Thousand Pesos Only (Php531,00.00) for the Proposed Geo-Resistivity Underground Water Survey and Deep Well Drilling, Brgy. Cautod, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Geo-Resistivity Underground Water Survey and Deep Well Drilling, Brgy. Cautod, Sta. Margarita Samar, SM2025-300-044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
