The Metro Lipa Water District, through its 2025 Annual Procurement Plan intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 1,767,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Foundation and Erection of 722 cu.m. Bolted Steel Tank at Bel Air Villas, Brgy. Balintawak, Lipa City, Batangas (POW# 25-06-054).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Metro Lipa Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
