INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Local Government Unit of Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites suppliers/bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for PROPOSED EXTENSION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BLDG. (DOCUMENTS WAREHOUSE) WITH THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT OF TWO MILLION PESOS ( 2,000,000.00) AT POBLACION, ALICIA, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures specified in the Revised IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act. All particulars relative to Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Pre Bid Conference, Bid Evaluation, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provision of this act.
