  III. RATIONALE :
  The Barangay Sta. Cruz has experienced significant growth over the past few years, leading to an increased demand for public services, community gatherings, and socio-economic activities. The existing Multi-purpose Building, constructed in 2016, has served as the central hub for these activities. However, due to population growth and expanding institutional needs, the current structure is no longer adequate to safely and efficiently accommodate the community-s needs.
  IV. OBJECTIVE:
  To improve barangay facilities for utilization and convenience for public service.
