  Invitation to Bid for Proposed Electrical Street Lighting located at Barangay Matab-ang Proper to Matab-ang Trail
  
  1. The City of Talisay, through the 20% CDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 19,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Electrical Street Lighting located Barangay Matab-ang Proper to Matab-ang Trail, City of Talisay / TGS 06-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The City of Talisay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
