  Invitation to Bid for Proposed Electrical Street Lighting located at Barangay Concepcion Proper to
  Hacienda Anita
  
  1. The City of Talisay, through the 20% CDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Three Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 23,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Electrical Street Lighting located at Barangay Concepcion Proper to Hacienda Anita, City of Talisay / TGS 05-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The City of Talisay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
