1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Current Appropriation, Annual Budget CY 2025, Non Office: Economic Services Sector - 20% Development Fund - Drainage System Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Six and 33/100 (PhP2,803,426.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Detention Pond at Villa Candida, Bulua; SN 150 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Ninety (190) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
