The Schools Division of Tuguegarao City through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Infrastructure Project on Proposed Conversion of Classrooms into Clinic (7.50m x 8.00m) through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement or Sec 53.9 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
