  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF REHABILITATION CENTER
  
  1. The Barangay Ayala Alabang, through its 2026 continuing appropriation Budget, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 7,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Ayala Alabang now invites bids for the Proposed Construction of Rehabilitation Center. Service duration is required within (180) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
