Invitation to Bid for Proposed Construction of Perimeter Fence located at Talisay City Oval, Barangay Zone 12

1. The City of Talisay, through the Special Project Cont. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of Perimeter Fence located at Talisay City Oval, Barangay Zone 12, City of Talisay / TGS 35-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City of Talisay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
