1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGU (LDGSF-FALGU) to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php. 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of One-Storey Multi-Purpose Building at Butansapa Elementary School Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
