Invitation to Bid for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSED PAVEMENT

1. The BLGU - Brgy. Arapison, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2025 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos Only (Php404,158.00) for the Proposed Construction of Multi-Purpose Pavement, Brgy. Arapison, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Multi-Purpose Pavement, Brgy. Arapison, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU2025-300-025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU - Brgy. Arapison, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 15 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
