1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Annual Budget of the City Government of Malabon for Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN pesos only (P 29,999,916.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION / MODERNIZATION OF C4 ROAD PUMPING STATION, FLOOD GATE AND DRAINAGE, BRGY. TAÑONG, CITY OF MALABON (2ND RE-BIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
