1) The City Government of Olongapo through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 2,568,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of In-between lots Drainage System at Davis St., Barangay New Banicain, Olongapo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
