Proposed Construction, Improvement and Redevelopment of Plaza Azul Park @ Brgy. Pandacan, Manila City

1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the 2024 Local Fund 2025 Regular 2024 Continuing and Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Five Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php75,988,812.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction, Improvement and Redevelopment of Plaza Azul Park @ Brgy. Pandacan, Manila City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
