1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC), through the HFEP 2025 - CONAP intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Seventeen Pesos and 64/100 only (PhP3,876,017.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Project: Proposed Construction of GCGMMC BUCAS On Site under IB#2026-02-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The GCGMMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
