Description : The Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite (GMA, Cavite), invites sealed bids from interested Bidders for the Proposed Construction of Eco Garden at Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Phase 2, GMA Cavite stated as follows:

1. Proposed Construction of Eco Garden at Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Phase 2 - ABC Php 2,000,000.00

Bids higher than the ABC shall automatically be rejected.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the criteria stated in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. The short listed bidders shall consist only of three (3) prospective bidders. Those bids of the shortlisted bidders will only be opened. The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post qualification stage. The contract shall only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who will be determined during the post qualification procedure.
