Invitation to Bid for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAYS

1. The BLGU - Bana-ao, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2025 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Four Pesos & 60/100 Only (Php460,234.60) for the Construction of Concrete Pathways, Brgy. Bana-ao, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Concrete Pathways, Brgy. Bana-ao, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU Bana-ao 2025-300-044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Bana-ao, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 20 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
