The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the FY 2025 Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF_FALGU) Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Child Development Center or “Bulilit Center” complete with Facilities at Brgy. Vigan and Laurel in General MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
