1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2025 to apply Fifteen Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P/15,600,000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Proposed Concreting of Road with Drainage System at Santol St. Purok 3, Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City OC-21 (CEO-21) 25 CW. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is contract duration: 275 cd. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
