1) The City Government of Olongapo through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 4,421,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Concreting of Road with Drainage System at Nazareno St. at Barangay Gordon Heights, Olongapo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
