SECTION 1 INVITATION TO BID
PROMOTION OF CULTURE & ARTS AT BARANGAY SAN FERNANDO, MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Barangay Council, through the annual Budget of the CAPABILITY BUILDING Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROMOTION OF CULTURE & ARTS at Barangay San Fernando, Malvar, Batangas. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be Automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Council now invites bids for PROMOTION OF CULTURE & ARTS at Barangay San Fernando, Malvar, Batangas. Completion of the works is required within 15 calendar days upon the effectivity of the contract or not later than seven (7) days upon received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should be completed at least 50% of a contract similar to the project from the date of submission and receipt of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding Documents particularly, in instruction to Bidders.
