The Municipality of Tuba, through 20% MDF - Annual Budget CY 2026 approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE PESOS AND 45/100 (Php499,945.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF WATERWORKS SYSTEM AT ANDOLOR with Project Identification No. 2026-02-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
