The Municipality of Tuba, through 20% MDF - Annual Budget CY 2026 approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR PESOS AND 94/100 (Php599,494.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF TABA-AO WATERWORKS SYSTEM with Project Identification No. 2026-02-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
