1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian under Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php 961,600.00) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PIGS FOR THE 2025 FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION with Project Identification No. 2025-11-128 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 1 LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC for lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
