The Municipality of Tuba, through Supplemental Budget No. 2 - 5% LDRRMF CY 2025, intends to apply the corresponding sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 81/100 PESOS (Php199,957.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF FLOOD CONTROL AT LOWER LASILAS with Project Identification No. 2025-09-049. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
