1. The Municipality of Tuba, through 5% LDRRM Fund-Trust Fund Municipal Resolution No. 162 S. of 2025, approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RETROFITTING OF LASILAS FOOTBRIDGE with Project Identification No. 2025-08-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
