The Municipality of Tuba, through 20% MDF-Annual Budget CY 2025, approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND 56/100 (Php999,998.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF BUILDING AT TUBA CENTRAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL with Project Identification No. 2025-07-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
