The Municipality of Tuba, through 20% MDF-Annual Budget CY 2025, approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AND FOOTPATH AT LAAO, CAMP 6 with Project Identification No. 2025-07-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
