1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos(Php229,500.00) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES OFFICE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NO. 2025-04-039 (GOODS) being the ABC to payments under the contract for one lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
