1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php1,454,500.00) for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF DRUGS & MEDICINES Project Identification Number 2025-01-006 (GOODS) being the ABC to payments under the contract for one lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
