1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Annual Budget-General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five and 73/100 Pesos (Php 1,749,925.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
