Invitation to Bid for PROJECT # 25-084 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES - CHO
1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Nine and 61/100 Pesos (Php 3,197,279.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 25-084 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES - CHO.4 Completion of the Works is required within Ten (10) CD upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
